Description
My name is miss Ama Marfo, I am 41 years old and also a mother of 3. I have been a carer for a lot of years, I even cared for my ex husband who was disabled from having three terrible accidents which affected his spinal cord, waist, shoulders and knees. I am a Christian Ghanaian woman with strong morals and I am extremely passionate about my job. Throughout the years I have gotten a range of experiences from caring for children and young people ( SPECIAL CHILDREN ) under the age of 18 and over, also working with the elderly in many care homes. Before my grandparents sadly passed away I was the one who looked after both and cared for them. All of these have made me understand the hard work, patience and responsibility that comes with being a cared and I am very grateful for that and I believe it had an impact on my character making me more compassionate.
Before I moved into the Uk I was a professional caterer. I have a HND (high national diploma) in hospitality, hygiene and catering so I am very knowledgeable on this aspect.
In 2018 I opened a cleaning business and named it Amadel cleaning company Ltd which I later renamed as A&R cleaning and recruitment agency which is currently running right now however it is not too active.
I am extremely enthusiastic about my work and it would be incredible to work for/ with many new other people. Thank you
